As a Caregiver at REM West Virginia, you will join a mission-driven team dedicated to creating relationships that motivate us all. In this role, you will be entrusted with ownership and trust to do what is right for participants. You will assist with developmental goals such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition, while also supporting daily living activities like eating, dressing, bathing, and toileting. Your work will involve helping participants become active members of their community and enjoy their favorite activities. Whether in a waiver home or a group home, you will provide essential support to individuals facing behavioral challenges or complex needs.
