As a Caregiver at REM West Virginia, you will join a mission-driven team to create meaningful relationships that motivate us all every day. In this full-time overnight position, you will take ownership and trust from your leaders to do what is right for participants. Your day will involve helping individuals grow, learn, and live well by supporting them with developmental goals such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition.
You will assist with personal hygiene and provide support to individuals who may have behavioral challenges, autism, and other complex needs. Whether in a waiver home or group home setting, you will take the initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
