About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cards Mainframe Developer to join our client's team in Toronto, ON. This is a contract position focused on the Card Domain Issuing end, requiring a deep understanding of the end-to-end card lifecycle.
In this role, you will manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. You will collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and design robust technical solutions. Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues within mainframe applications, optimizing system performance, and providing guidance to team members. You will also play a key part in release management and identifying opportunities to improve development processes and team productivity.
