About the Role
As a Cardiorenal Associate Director of Regional Marketing, you will serve as a strategic champion within the field-based Product & Portfolio Squad. Your primary focus is to engage and develop Thought Leaders (TLs) in the cardiovascular-renal-metabolic health space, generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making, and execute regional programs for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
Based in San Francisco, you will cover Northern California, with travel requirements up to 50% within the territory. This role exists to bridge the gap between national brand strategy and local execution, ensuring that regional marketing initiatives drive long-term brand results. You will act as a key liaison between the field and the brand team, leveraging deep clinical expertise to challenge and advance TL thinking while fostering strong relationships with academic centers and key accounts.
