As a Cardiorenal Associate Director of Regional Marketing, you will serve as a strategic champion within the field-based Product & Portfolio Squad. Your primary mission is to engage and develop Thought Leaders (TLs) in the cardiovascular-renal-metabolic space, generate critical insights for strategic decision-making, and execute regional programs for Healthcare Professionals. You will act as a bridge between national brand strategy and local execution, ensuring that the Cardiovascular Renal Portfolio achieves its long-term brand results in Northern California.
In this role, you will lead the engagement of key opinion leaders through 1:1 interactions, conferences, and consultancy opportunities. You will coordinate the company's presence at national and regional congresses, lead speaker bureau initiatives, and manage advisory boards to harvest actionable market intelligence. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with Area General Managers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners to tailor brand materials, optimize marketing spend, and drive local brand growth.
