As a Cardiorenal Associate Director of Regional Marketing, you will serve as a strategic champion within the field-based Product & Portfolio Squad. Your mission is to engage and develop Thought Leaders (TLs) in the cardiovascular-renal-metabolic space, generate critical insights for strategic decision-making, and execute regional programs for Healthcare Professionals. Based in San Francisco, you will cover Northern California, with travel requirements up to 50% within the territory.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between the brand strategy and the field, fostering deep relationships with academic centers and key accounts. You will lead congress and regional convention strategies, manage speaker bureau engagements, and drive local marketing initiatives that align with national imperatives. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with Area General Managers and cross-functional teams to translate clinical expertise into actionable business growth, ensuring the brand resonates effectively with opinion leaders and drives long-term results.
