As a Cardiorenal Associate Director of Regional Marketing, you will serve as a strategic champion within the field-based Product & Portfolio Squad. Based in San Francisco, your primary mission is to engage and develop Thought Leaders (TLs) in the cardiovascular-renal-metabolic health space, generate critical insights for strategic decision-making, and execute regional programs for Healthcare Professionals. You will act as the bridge between national brand strategy and local execution, ensuring that the Cardiovascular Renal Portfolio achieves its long-term brand results in Northern California.
Your day-to-day involves cultivating deep relationships with academic centers and key accounts, leading peer-to-peer initiatives, and coordinating high-impact presence at national and regional congresses. You will collaborate closely with Area General Managers, sales teams, and external partners to translate clinical expertise into actionable market strategies. This role requires a proactive leader who can navigate a fast-paced environment, manage complex cross-functional projects, and drive brand growth through insightful field partnerships.
