As a Cardiorenal Associate Director of Regional Marketing, you will serve as a strategic champion within the field-based Product & Portfolio Squad. Your primary mission is to engage and develop Thought Leaders (TLs) in the cardiovascular-renal-metabolic health space, generate critical insights for strategic decision-making, and execute regional programs for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
Based in San Francisco, you will cover Northern California, with travel requirements up to 50% within the territory. This role exists to bridge the gap between national brand strategy and local execution, ensuring that regional marketing initiatives drive long-term brand results. You will act as a key liaison between the field, academic centers, and key accounts, leveraging deep clinical expertise to challenge and advance TL thinking. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating congress presence, leading peer-to-peer speaker bureaus, and fostering deep relationships that influence institutional decision-making and scientific advances.
