As a Cardiorenal Associate Director of Regional Marketing, you will serve as a key member of the field-based Product & Portfolio Squad. Your primary mission is to engage and develop Thought Leaders (TLs) in the cardiovascular-renal-metabolic health space, generate strategic insights, and execute regional programs for Bayer's Cardiovascular Renal Portfolio. Based in San Francisco, you will cover Northern California, with travel requirements up to 50% within the territory.
In this role, you will act as a champion for the brand communication strategy, bridging the gap between strategic objectives and field execution. You will collaborate with Area General Managers, sales teams, and external partners to foster deep clinical expertise and drive peer influence. Your day-to-day involves building relationships with academic centers and key accounts, leading congress planning, and managing speaker bureaus to ensure the brand resonates with healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for translating field insights into actionable strategies that inform national planning and drive local brand growth.
