About the Role
Ascension Saint Thomas Heart is seeking a Full-Time General Cardiologist to join our team at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. This position offers the opportunity to work within an excellent team atmosphere alongside other general physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).\n In this role, you will practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working alongside an exceptional, tight-knit team of Interventional Cardiologists and highly skilled APPs who manage top-of-license duties to streamline your day. You will also expand your footprint and build strong regional ties by providing dedicated outreach care to partner locations one day per week.
About the Facility
Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown is a clinically and technologically advanced healthcare destination serving a population of approximately 730,000. The facility features 683 licensed acute and rehab care beds and is part of an integrated referral network. Ascension Saint Thomas continues to make significant investments in the community, highlighted by a $300 million Midtown campus expansion project completed in 2023. This location is situated in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) and/or Medically Underserved Area/Population (MUA/P).
