We are seeking a fellowship-trained Electrophysiology Cardiologist to join our growing clinic and collaborative team of specialists. As part of Iowa's leading community-based Electrophysiology Program, you will deliver advanced therapies and drive innovation in heart rhythm care across the state. This role offers a unique blend of clinical excellence and academic engagement, featuring a cardiology fellowship teaching opportunity and participation in clinical trials.
You will work alongside a team of 7 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers, managing an average clinic volume of 11-13 patients per day. The schedule is designed for optimal work-life balance, consisting of two clinic days and three procedure days. Your procedural case mix will include implants, extractions, and mapping and ablations of all devices. The position features an equitable EP call schedule with a minimal obligation for general cardiology call. Additionally, you will have opportunities to participate in shared outreach clinics twice a month.
