About the Team
Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) and the Vanderbilt Heart and Vascular Institute (VHVI) are seeking Interventional Cardiologists to join the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. VHVI is a nationally and internationally recognized, multidisciplinary institute spanning cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and vascular medicine. It houses the busiest heart transplant program in the world and serves as a major referral center for advanced interventional and complex cardiac care.
The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine includes more than 150 faculty members and conducts robust NIH-funded research totaling $43 million annually. The Interventional Cardiology section is currently expanding, driven by the addition of a new Cath lab, offering a dynamic environment for clinical excellence, academic teaching, and research.
