As an EP Tech PRN, you will function as an integral part of the Cardiac Cath Lab team, participating in and assisting with the care of patients in the Electrophysiology Laboratory. This role requires you to demonstrate technical proficiency in both the Electrophysiology Cardiovascular Scrub Technician and Electrophysiology Recorder capacities. You will support a wide array of procedures, including diagnostic studies, ablations, pacemaker and defibrillator implants, and laser lead extractions, whether on an elective or emergent basis. In the Recorder capacity, you will maintain clear communication with the patient care team to ensure proper equipment setup, accurate monitoring, and high-quality data collection. You will also assist in training new staff and supporting the mission and vision of the Methodist Healthcare System.

One (1) year fulltime or fulltime equivalent in Invasive Cardiovascular Technology. Baccalaureate in health, science, natural science, nursing, engineering, or any primary science AND six (6) months of fulltime or fulltime equivalent in Invasive Cardiovascular Technology.
