As a Capacity Planning Consultant, you will serve as a critical bridge between Operations, Finance, and HR to drive strategic workforce decisions. This role exists to ensure our Operations Service and Call Centers are optimally staffed to meet current and future workload demands. You will develop and maintain comprehensive staffing models that account for business processes, productivity, growth, investment initiatives, and turnover.
In this position, you will work closely with Operations and Finance teams to shape the annual operating plan and regular outlooks. Your day-to-day involves conducting detailed variance analytics, forecasting demand drivers, and influencing business partners with compelling data-driven rationales. You will translate complex business variables into working staff models, allowing the organization to isolate the impact of changes on service level commitments and resource utilization.
