This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong healthcare customer service and call center experience looking to grow within a respected medical enterprise. As a Call Center Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients accessing medical services, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from the first call.
In this 3+ month contract role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and appointment scheduling while registering patients and verifying insurance coverage. You will also assist patients with financial responsibility estimates and maintain accurate patient records through precise data entry. A key part of your day involves coordinating communication with medical personnel through phone, email, and messaging systems to ensure continuity of care.
This position is based in Los Angeles, CA, and is open to local candidates only. The role operates on a shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have a minimum of 2 years of recent hands-on experience in a call center environment.
