As a Call Center Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients accessing medical services, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from the first interaction.
In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage messages, and coordinate appointment scheduling. You will be responsible for registering patients, verifying insurance coverage, and assisting them with financial responsibility estimates. Accuracy is key, as you will perform detailed data entry and maintain comprehensive patient records. Additionally, you will act as a liaison, coordinating communication with medical personnel through phone, email, and messaging systems to ensure patient needs are met efficiently.
To succeed in this position, candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and possess a minimum of 2 years of recent hands-on experience in a call center environment. This is a local opportunity for candidates based in Los Angeles, CA.
This position operates on a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift schedule. The engagement is for a duration of 3+ months.
