About the Role
We are hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Customer Service Representative to support customers by phone and email in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you will answer inquiries, provide accurate information and quotes, and enter orders and requests into our systems with speed and accuracy. You will serve as the first point of contact, responding to customer emails and chats with professionalism and empathy while documenting interactions and processing requests in our CRM and other systems.
