About the Role
Are you an organized, people-oriented multitasker who takes pride in doing things right? We're looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Receptionist & Legal Assistant to be the front-line presence of our firm. You'll keep cases moving, support our attorneys and staff, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a meaningful, task-rich role, not just phones and filing, and the right person will find it genuinely engaging. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported while their cases progress. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our legal team by maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication between medical providers, clients, and attorneys.
