About the Role
This full-time opportunity serves as the frontline of our state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center. As an Alarm Monitoring Representative, you will function as a critical link in our life-safety industry, performing duties similar to a 911 emergency dispatcher. You will work a Mid-Shift, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedule, including holidays and weekends.
Your day-to-day involves providing exceptional service by accurately and efficiently responding to alarm signals. You will manage alarm events, verify security information, and ensure the rapid notification of emergency services such as fire and police agencies. In this high-stakes environment, your ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform procedures with urgency and accuracy is vital. You will also manage a multi-line telephone system and maintain strict confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Hiring Process
Selected candidates will complete a paid training class and must pass a final exam to certify their skills as an Alarm Monitoring Operator. A pre-hire assessment for typing speed is also required.
