About the Role

This full-time opportunity serves as the frontline of our state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center. As an Alarm Monitoring Representative, you will function as a critical link in our life safety operations, working a Mid-Shift, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedule that includes holidays and weekends.

Your role is similar to that of a 911 emergency dispatcher, requiring you to respond to alarm signals with urgency and precision. You will manage alarm events, verify security information, and coordinate with emergency services such as fire and police agencies. In this fast-paced environment, your ability to prioritize tasks, follow procedures, and communicate effectively ensures that customers receive timely updates and that authorities are notified when necessary. Every action you take contributes to our commitment to customer safety and service excellence.

Hiring Process

Selected candidates will complete a comprehensive paid training class designed to certify their skills as an Alarm Monitoring Operator. To advance, you must pass a final exam demonstrating your proficiency. Prior to hiring, all candidates are required to complete a pre-hire assessment to verify typing speed and accuracy.
