Hart Medical Equipment is a nationally accredited, premier provider of home medical equipment and supplies. We strive to conduct our patient care operations with the highest standards, offering a full range of products and support services tailored to individual needs.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling complaints. This role is vital to ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families as they navigate their home care journey.

Beyond direct patient care, you will coordinate equipment service requests with dispatch for prompt delivery and verify medical necessity and insurance coverage. You will maintain current knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor sources to ensure accurate documentation and billing. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized showroom and inventory, while providing product recommendations that complement client needs.
