About the Role

This full-time opportunity serves as an Alarm Monitoring Representative within our state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center. You will work a Mid-Shift, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedule, including holidays and weekends.

As an Alarm Monitoring Operator, your primary mission is to provide exceptional service by accurately and efficiently responding to alarm signals. Your role is critical to life safety; you will manage alarm events, verify security information, and notify emergency services such as fire and police agencies. Similar to a 911 emergency dispatcher, you must remain attentive and execute procedures with speed and precision. The position involves answering a multi-line telephone system, performing data entry, and ensuring the confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Hiring Process

Selected candidates will complete a paid training class and must pass a final exam certifying their skills as an Alarm Monitoring Operator. A pre-hire typing assessment is also required.
