About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our residential and commercial customers. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction through effective scheduling, clear communication, and a focus on the entire customer lifecycle.
You will thrive in a fast-paced home services environment, balancing inbound and outbound interactions to manage HVAC service, maintenance, and installation appointments. Beyond coordination with technicians and dispatch, you will apply strong sales acumen to convert leads and drive outbound sales calls, ensuring we meet our monthly targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
