We are immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative in Etna, OH. This position works cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management. You will utilize excellent customer communication skills to handle inbound sales calls, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and interact directly with customers. Your day will involve providing information in response to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a great customer experience where concerns and disputes are resolved to the customers' expectations. You will also handle the rental sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and new customers.
