The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated CAD Manager to lead our drafting team and oversee the development and maintenance of our CAD standards and technology. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and people management. The successful candidate will ensure that our drawings meet the highest quality standards, support project delivery across the firm, and keep LPD at the forefront of industry technology.
Working Conditions
This position involves extended periods of sitting or standing at a desk and frequent computer use. The role requires excellent hand dexterity, verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in both small and large group settings.
