About the Role
This position focuses on delivering precise land development designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D. The role is essential for translating project requirements into actionable engineering plans, ensuring that soil erosion, site layout, grading, and utility systems (storm sewer, water, sanitary sewer) are accurately documented.
You will work directly with clients to review project survey data, analyzing existing site conditions including legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. A key part of the day involves collaborating with stakeholders to complete edits and modify plans as revisions are directed, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality engineering assignments.
