We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer/Aviation Civil Engineer to join our Albany, NY office. This position is designed to support a diverse portfolio of municipal, aviation, and site development projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in civil site design, grading, stormwater management, and the preparation of construction documents suitable for public bidding.
This role offers a clear path for advancement toward Project Manager and Client Manager responsibilities. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that supports professional licensure, leadership development, and long-term career growth.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited) required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York or ability to obtain within 12 months. Experience leading design efforts on municipal, aviation, or publicly funded infrastructure projects. Experience with drainage modeling software (e.g., HydroCAD, Hydraflow, ICPR, or similar). Experience working in multidisciplinary A/E project environments.
