As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines, installing and repairing services while educating customers on their use. This entry-level role is designed for those who enjoy solving technical challenges in a dynamic environment. You will work outdoors, utilizing hand tools in a variety of environments, ensuring no two days are the same.
We equip you with the training you need to succeed, including on-the-job training, a career self-progression plan, and a Broadband Apprenticeship Program. You will have the opportunity to progress from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV, with 10% increases for each progression level and bonus payments for completing coursework. Additionally, Field Technicians can earn an industry-recognized certification.
