About the Role

As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines of keeping people connected to what matters most. In this entry-level role, you will install and repair services, solve technical challenges, and educate customers on their use of Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice. No two days are the same; you will work outdoors in a dynamic environment, utilizing hand tools to navigate various terrains and weather conditions while building meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers.

We equip you with the training you need to succeed, offering on-the-job training, a Broadband Apprenticeship Program, and opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications. You will have immediate opportunities for self-progression, moving from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV with 10% pay increases for each level, alongside bonus payments for completing coursework. Working Conditions

Field Technicians work outdoors in a variety of environments, often carrying tools and equipment and operating company vehicles. The role requires the ability to safely use weight-bearing equipment, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces or at heights. You will be expected to travel to customer premises and company facilities, including during inclement weather, and work outdoors for extended periods in any season.
