About the Role

As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines, installing and repairing services while educating customers on their use. This entry-level role is designed for those who enjoy solving technical challenges in a dynamic environment. You will stay active and work outdoors, where no two days are the same. The role involves utilizing hand tools in a variety of environments and solving complex technical issues.

We equip you with the training you need to succeed and the opportunity to progress. You will receive support to build your confidence and skills through on-the-job training, a career self-progression plan, and the Broadband Apprenticeship Program. This path allows you to move from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV, with opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications and advance into leadership positions.
