As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines, installing and repairing services while educating customers on their use. This entry-level role is designed for those who enjoy solving technical challenges in a dynamic environment. You will stay active and work outdoors, where no two days are the same. The role involves utilizing hand tools in a variety of environments to solve complex technical issues, ensuring customers remain connected to the services they rely on.
We equip you with the training you need to succeed, including on-the-job training, a Broadband Apprenticeship Program, and opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications.
