About the Role
As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines, installing and repairing services while educating customers on their use. This entry-level role is designed for those who enjoy solving technical challenges in a dynamic environment. You will stay active and work outdoors, where no two days are the same. The role involves utilizing hand tools in a variety of environments to solve complex technical issues, often requiring travel to customer premises, company facilities, and other locations.
We equip you with the training you need to succeed, including on-the-job training and the Broadband Apprenticeship Program. This position offers a clear path for professional growth, allowing you to progress from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV with corresponding pay increases and opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications. You will build meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers while paving the way for a long and rewarding career, with potential opportunities to move into leadership positions.
