About the Role

The Missile Defense Sensors (MDS) software department within Raytheon is seeking a skilled Software Lead for the Mission Systems Software (MSS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) on the C5i™ Product Line. The C5i Product Line is a mature DevSecOps program currently supporting the Qatar ADOC and AOC contracts, as well as the Air Base Air Defense Rapid Multi-Mission Enhancement Program (ABAD RMEP), with potential for future growth.

In this role, you will oversee the strategy, execution, development, and delivery of all software scope across multiple Scrum teams. You will partner with chief engineers and technical leads to define cost-effective solutions, interact daily with cross-discipline teams to drive on-time and on-budget performance, and manage risks and opportunities. Location and Work Model

This position is located 100% onsite in Tewksbury, MA. As an onsite role, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility. Hiring Process and Security Requirements

This role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. government-issued DoD Secret security clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
