About the Role
The Northrop Grumman Space Systems – Missile Defense Integration (MDI) Business Unit has an exciting career opportunity in Huntsville, Alabama, for a Systems Engineer (Level 3 or 4) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. In this role, you will support the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Weapon Systems (GWS) program.
You will support the GWS Execution Team in a flexible, multi-build capacity. Working closely with Build Leads, you will drive roadmap execution and provide technical build-execution support. This role blends hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless program delivery and high-quality products. You will be part of a team that interfaces with stakeholders, facilitates design reviews, and contributes to the Engineering Review Board.
Location and Work Environment
This position is located in Huntsville, AL, and requires full-time support in an in-person, closed-area work environment with no remote options. Travel is required up to 10% of the time to support business needs. Please note that no relocation assistance is available for this position.
