About the Role

Join the Mission Systems Secure Systems Department to shape, define, and design communication solutions that connect militaries around the world. As an experienced Systems Engineering professional, you will design and develop military products ensuring safe and protected communication. You will interface with multi-discipline engineering teams to create total system solutions, addressing both domestic and international customer needs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain technical leadership experience and mentorship from influential individuals within Mission Systems. You will obtain invaluable experience working with subject matter experts, security and crypto certification specialists, and cross-functional integrated product teams. Location & Work Model: This is an onsite position located in Cedar Rapids, IA. Employees in onsite roles work primarily onsite as they are essential to the development of our products.

Eligibility: Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
