As a C3BM Principal Systems Analyst, you will join our team to drive Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts. This role is pivotal in engaging with C2BMC technical engineering, integration, future concepts, and multi-national exchange designs. You will serve as a key partner to the DCC Test Requirements and Analysis Lead, defining and documenting operational capabilities for testing within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) ecosystem.
Your day will involve interfacing with various MDA and DCC organizations to coordinate system test requirements, develop Integrated Master Test Plans, and support the full lifecycle of Flight Test (FT) objectives. You will champion formal reviews, draft test memorandums, and ensure that technical descriptions and specifications are accurately reflected in test configurations. Working within a badge-less contractor environment, you will collaborate with government personnel, prime contractors, and supporting teams to stabilize requirements and prevent late-stage changes, ensuring the seamless execution of complex defense missions.
