Miracle Software Systems is seeking a C# Developer to join our team in Cleveland, OH, for a long-term engagement. This role is central to the design, development, and deployment of custom Customer Relationship System (CRS) applications that support the Automotive business globally. You will work on key initiatives including CRS, Spectrophotometer, and the MOSAIC Project, ensuring these technologies are delivered to meet international standards.
As a C# Developer, you will operate as a self-sufficient contributor capable of managing the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to final deployment. Your work involves designing and documenting desktop applications while adhering to EMEAI Development Team Standards. You will collaborate closely with the CRS Development team and U.S. development teams to drive project progress, ensuring effective communication between internal members and external clients.
A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to maintaining source code and issue tracking within a global central repository using BitBucket or GitHub. You will also manage deployments using tools like TeamCity or Jenkins and provide training to the Automotive Business on tracking systems like Rally or Jira. Additionally, you will ensure the best use of internal systems, including PlanView for time recording and the Office 365 platform for team collaboration.
