This hybrid position in Chesapeake, VA, seeks a Mid-Level Application Developer to serve as a key contributor within our software development team. You will leverage Microsoft .NET technologies to design, build, and maintain scalable applications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into well-structured classes, methods, and services. Your day-to-day involves not only developing and testing new software but also proactively troubleshooting production issues, recommending performance improvements, and ensuring minimal defects. You will work independently or within SAFe Agile Scrum teams to deliver iterative changes, maintaining a seamless user experience while adhering to strict security and coding standards.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active DOD Secret Clearance and Level 1 or higher IAT Certification. If you have recently been employed by the U.S. government, a post-employment ethics letter will be required upon offer. The selection process evaluates technical proficiency in .NET, C#, and database technologies alongside your ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
