About the Role

This seasonal summer position is based at The St. Regis Aspen Resort. As a key member of the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will provide personalized service and attention to fulfilling all guest needs. Your day will involve coordinating with the front desk to prepare VIP rooms, escorting early arrivals, and being present upon guest check-in to anticipate needs before they are spoken.

You will act as a liaison between departments, preparing notes on new arrivals to communicate preferences to the entire hotel operation and completing butler flags in local systems. The role requires close collaboration with Guest Services and Engineering to handle requests, as well as managing laundry logistics by picking up, following up on, and returning guest items promptly. You will also be responsible for sending pre-arrival emails and ensuring every detail meets guest expectations.

Beyond guest-facing duties, you will maintain the highest standards of professionalism by ensuring your uniform and appearance are clean, protecting company assets, and maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information. You will be expected to move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods throughout your shift.
