About the Role
The Outlet Busperson plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality service and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for assisting servers in delivering exceptional experiences while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation.
In this role, you will ensure all tables are kept clean and presentable with clean china, glassware, silverware, and linen. Your day-to-day involves keeping work areas clean and properly stocked, breaking down trays of soiled dishes, and assisting servers by delivering and refilling beverages. You will be the face of the team, approaching all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, and service-oriented manner. Whether answering the phone, resolving guest requests, or maintaining beverage levels, your goal is to ensure overall guest satisfaction and support the seamless operation of the hotel.
