The Business Partner, Black Belt sits within the Continuous Improvement team and drives operational excellence by embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role is designed to lead and mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, driving targeted short- and long-term initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and sustainable growth.
In this position, you will champion Primient's values of integrity, growth, and excellence while managing key projects and supporting local plant efforts. You will conduct analyses to enable data-driven decision-making, ensuring that operational solutions are both effective and aligned with our strategic goals. By fostering a "Safety-First" culture and utilizing advanced data management tools, you will help shape the future of our operations through structured continuous improvement.
