The Business Partner, Black Belt sits within the Continuous Improvement team and drives operational excellence by embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role is designed to lead and mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, managing key projects that support local plant efforts and enable data-driven decision-making.
In this position, you will champion Primient's values of integrity, growth, and excellence to enhance efficiency, productivity, and sustainable growth. You will serve as a strategic consultant for plant teams, ensuring the uniform implementation of the Primient Operating Model (POM) while fostering a "Safety-First" culture. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day of analyzing data, leading complex improvement projects, and delivering training to empower Green Belts and project teams to challenge the status quo and drive results.
