We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to help expand Chapter's presence across the Miami market through relationship-building, partnerships, and strategic outreach. This is a highly external, relationship-driven role for someone ambitious, proactive, and comfortable building connections in fast-moving environments.
You will work directly with brokers, real estate agents, developers, property professionals, and referral partners to help generate project opportunities for Chapter. This role sits at the intersection of luxury real estate, construction, partnerships, and client acquisition.
The ideal candidate is socially confident, organized, resourceful, and excited by high-end residential projects and business growth. You will enjoy exposure to high-end residential projects and the luxury renovation market with a high level of autonomy and ownership.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Miami, Florida. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required to travel throughout Miami for meetings and site visits.
