About the Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help expand our portfolio of residential rental properties and build strong relationships throughout the local real estate community. In this role, you will focus on building connections with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals to secure new property management agreements.
This is a flexible, field-based role where your schedule is driven by client meetings, networking events, and business development activity. You will work closely with the Franchise Owner and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the company, supporting strategic growth initiatives by identifying potential partnerships and acquisition opportunities within the local market.

Requirements
