About the Role

This position is within our Agent Referral Division, where you will partner with real estate agents across the nation to secure their clients' homes and protect their families. As an Account Manager, you will drive heavy outbound prospecting efforts, making 125-150 dials per day without the use of auto-dialers to generate B2B leads. This role is designed for top sales talent with a hunter mentality and a competitive drive who are eager to build a business and increase their income.

Every interaction you have is an investment in your own business and the safety of communities nationwide. As your business grows, so does the number of homes and families you help protect. You will be supported by 200+ newly sourced prospecting opportunities provided weekly, allowing you to focus on building relationships and achieving your productivity KPIs. This is a unique opportunity where your income directly reflects the hard work you put in, with the potential to unlock higher income tiers as you excel.
