About the Role

The Senior Director, Business Development serves as a strategic architect for the company's regional growth. This role is designed to drive the expansion of our portfolio by identifying and securing high-value opportunities. You will own the full business development lifecycle, guiding initiatives from initial prospecting and underwriting through to contract negotiation and operational transition.

Operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and a key partner to internal stakeholders. The position requires a blend of financial acumen and relationship-building skills to navigate complex deals and foster long-term partnerships. As a leader, you will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the company's strategic planning and forecasting efforts.

  • check_circleDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and accurately track activity through CRM systems
  • check_circleBuild detailed financial models, underwriting analyses, and pro formas to support new business opportunities
  • check_circlePrepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases for prospective clients and executive leadership
  • check_circleLead contract negotiations and collaborate with legal and operational teams to finalize agreements
  • check_circleAnalyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and operational performance to identify growth opportunities
  • check_circlePartner cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, and executive leadership to ensure successful onboarding
  • check_circleDevelop and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
