The Sales Analytics and Support Manager serves as a critical partner to the National VP of Sales and the broader sales organization. This role is designed to ensure accurate sales reporting, efficient execution of national sales initiatives, alignment across regional teams, and strict adherence to the sales process within our fast-paced money transfer environment.
You will act as the bridge between data and strategy, providing high-level operational, reporting, process, and coordination support. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities. Your work will directly influence revenue growth initiatives, agent network performance, and the nationwide sales process, ensuring that leadership has the insights needed to drive success.
