The Director of Inventory Planning (DIP) is a strategic leader within the Operations team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations. This role is responsible for developing, communicating, and executing inventory strategies to maximize sales, optimize inventory, and increase margin. The DIP owns pre-season planning, purchasing, and in-season inventory management for all categories and channels.
As a highly collaborative position, the DIP partners with a variety of cross-functional teams to drive business objectives while leading and coaching the Planning team. The role involves balancing in-season and pre-season planning deadlines, participating in Operations Leadership team initiatives, and developing OKRs aligned with company priorities.
We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
