Dentons US LLP is recruiting for a Business Development Specialist to support its globally recognized and Chambers National "Band 1" Hospitality and Leisure practice. As the largest dedicated hospitality team in the United States, this group is known for its depth of expertise and market leadership. About the Role

This hybrid position, located in our Chicago, Phoenix, or New York offices, plays a proactive part in advancing business development and marketing strategies. You will serve as a strategic partner to lawyers, focusing on generating new client relationships, expanding existing ones, and strengthening the firm's brand in the marketplace.

In this role, you will drive the narrative of the practice group by conducting market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify go-to-market opportunities. Your work will directly support targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives. You will be responsible for curating the firm's public face, including drafting matter summaries, updating pitch materials, and managing submissions for prestigious awards and rankings like Chambers and The Legal 500.

Day-to-day, you will collaborate with practice group leaders to execute strategic visibility initiatives, such as client programs, speaking engagements, and webinars. You will also coordinate the creation of thought leadership content, client alerts, and RFP responses, ensuring all communications align with firm policies and brand standards. Success in this role requires a results-oriented mindset, strong intellectual curiosity about the business of law, and the ability to manage complex timelines while maintaining data integrity across CRM systems.
