This is a field-based/remote role with up to 75% travel within your territory. You will identify, engage, and secure new clients through property visits, outbound prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and networking efforts. You'll build trusted relationships with clients, expanding service offerings based on their needs while educating property teams on MultiPro's full suite of make-ready, repair & maintenance, and property improvement services, as well as Valet Living capabilities.
You will partner with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, project execution, and client satisfaction. From developing tailored proposals and coordinating project handoffs to supporting service launches and defining job scopes, you will represent MultiPro at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to grow market presence.
We are committed to your success with a robust training program. You will participate in a 4-week structured onboarding program designed to set you up for success, featuring hands-on mentorship and ongoing support.
